Client is to be satisfied with Fix Your Shop service within the following conditions:
Fix Your Shop has been attending for 6 months on a monthly basis
Fix Your Shop has been given reasonable access to the location and time to conduct their work to achieve a satisfactory outcome
Satisfaction relates only to the scope within the store visit as described in the contract scope details and not to other aspects of the store/ venue presentation.
Guarantee is not applicable when:
There are existing installations of systems, fixtures, fittings and equipment which have not been properly maintained or are not fit for purpose prior to Fix Your Shop commencing maintenance services.
Recommendations from Fix Your Shop to solve issues related to improving existing systems, fixtures, fittings, and equipment have not been adopted.
Concerns are related to normal wear and tear to systems, fixtures, fittings and equipment within the store / venue.
